Make a social connection
Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, lead to higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems.

Don't skimp on sleep
To avoid triggering or exacerbating depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions. Sleep deprivation may also cause a cycle of chronic negative mood and sleep difficulties
Staying active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities
